Refund & Exchange Policy
At Empyreal Creations, we take great care to ensure that every order is checked, packed, and shipped with the highest quality standards. All items undergo strict quality control, and we use secure, protective packaging to avoid damage during transit. Each order is also photographed at the time of packing to ensure full transparency and to help resolve any concerns, if they arise.
If you face any issue with your order, please refer to the guidelines below.
1. Damaged Goods / Missing Items
Please do not accept the parcel if you notice any tampering or repacking.
If the outer packaging looks fine but the product inside is damaged or any item is missing, please contact us immediately.
Share clear photos or videos of the unboxing using the WhatsApp chat button on our website.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
2. Cancellation After Payment
Orders received before 12 PM usually ship the same day. Orders after 4 PM are shipped the next working day.
If you wish to hold, cancel, or modify your order, please inform us through WhatsApp before dispatch.
If the new item chosen has a price difference, we will either refund the balance or send a payment link for the difference.
3. Returns
There are two types of return scenarios:
A. Product Not Matching Expectations
Sometimes a product may look slightly different from what is seen online.
If you wish to return it:
Keep the product unused.
Retain all original accessories, boxes, tags, and warranty cards.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Once received and quality checked, the product amount will be credited to your Empyreal Creations store wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
B. Manufacturing Defect or Malfunction
If the item has a genuine defect:
Share photos or videos with our customer support via WhatsApp.
We will guide you with the next steps.
The unused product must be repacked with all original items.
We will provide a return shipping label, which must be pasted on the parcel before sending it back.
Important:
In all return cases, the customer must pack the product properly to ensure it reaches us safely.
Courier Charges
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
In defect cases, courier charges will be reimbursed up to an amount deemed reasonable by Empyreal Creations.

4. Product Usage Help
If you are unsure about how to use a product (especially pens or accessories), please contact our support team before applying for a return.
Our specialists will assist you through WhatsApp to ensure the product is used correctly.
Terms & Conditions
Return/exchange requests must be raised within 5 working days of delivery.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds/exchanges will be processed only after the unused product passes our quality check.
Used fountain pens cannot be returned.
Fountain pens with nibs adjusted or tuned as per customer request cannot be returned/exchanged.
Consumables such as refills, ink bottles, ink cartridges, and paper products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Proper packaging of return parcels is the customer's responsibility. Damage or loss during return transit will be the customer’s liability.
